As the oldest of three boys, I naturally became the coach of our little team, learning early on that teamwork means compromise and supporting each other—even when we disagreed on things like video games or ice cream flavors. I’m incredibly grateful to have grown up in a family that always celebrated each other’s successes.
Today, those lessons of teamwork resonate even more strongly in my life and business. Whether it’s managing relationships, balancing responsibilities, or pursuing goals, the truth my dad taught me holds steady: we are stronger together.
