Laura Kirsch has built one of Northern Nevada’s most recognized modern real estate brands through strategic marketing, strong negotiation, and a highly personalized client experience.

Licensed at just 18 years old, real estate has been Laura’s only career. Since then, she has helped clients buy and sell more than $350M in real estate throughout Reno, Tahoe, and Incline Village, while building a referral-driven business rooted in long-term relationships and results.

Known for elevated presentation and creative marketing strategies, Laura specializes in helping luxury listings stand out in competitive markets. From cinematic video campaigns and digital storytelling to pricing strategy and negotiation, every listing is approached with a tailored plan designed to maximize exposure and create momentum.

Laura leads a small, highly involved team focused on communication, transparency, and creating an experience that feels smooth from start to finish.
