If you've ever bought or sold a home, you know exactly the feeling those sentences create. For us, they're part of the job ~ and honestly, navigating those moments with grace and creativity is what we're most proud of. Every single one of those situations got resolved. Every client made it to the closing table.
The Moment That Said Everything
Memorial Day weekend, all three of us were out of town at the same time. For this team, that almost never happens — we are intentional about always having someone available for our clients. But life is life, and this particular weekend, the stars did not align in our favor coverage-wise.
And then ~ a client needed us.
Not only did we show up, we got them an accepted offer and beat out three competing offers to make it happen. From out of town. Over a holiday weekend.
