About Salma Pattni

For Salma, real estate begins with making people feel seen, heard, and at home. As a bilingual Client Experience Specialist and REALTOR® with the Kirsch Team at Marmot Properties, she is especially passionate about serving Northern Nevada’s Spanish-speaking community. Fluent in English and Spanish, Salma wants every client to have access to clear information, trusted guidance, and a real estate experience that feels comfortable from the very beginning.

Salma comes from a family of entrepreneurs whose story is deeply rooted in hard work and community. After immigrating to the United States, her family built three well-loved local businesses, a background that shaped Salma’s appreciation for perseverance, personal service, and the importance of building lasting relationships.

A graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, Salma began her career as a Registered Dietitian. Her love of food goes well beyond nutrition, she genuinely loves cooking, creating meals from scratch, and bringing people together around the table. As a dietitian, she also developed a passion for educating, advocating for, and guiding people through important decisions, skills she now brings naturally to real estate.

Whether helping clients buy or sell a home in Reno, Sparks, or throughout Northern Nevada, Salma brings warmth, patience, and an approachable style to the process. She encourages questions, explains each step clearly, and takes the time to understand every client’s individual needs, goals, and lifestyle.

Outside of real estate, Salma enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends, experimenting with homemade recipes, enjoying a really good cup of coffee, and discovering local food spots. She is always happy to share a recommendation, whether it’s for a home, a restaurant, or what to make for dinner.
