Laura joined Marmot Properties in 2017 to lead residential sales for their new development and renovation portfolio. That role evolved into a long-standing partnership, and in 2021 she brought on business partner Dilyn Rooker to expand The Kirsch Team’s reach and capacity. Together, they’ve earned a reputation for launching distinctive properties with elevated marketing and high-impact strategy, partnering with individual sellers and local developers to create standout results.

Licensed in both Nevada and California, The Kirsch Team proudly partners with Sierra Sotheby’s International Realty for their California clients, bringing global reach, brand prestige, and world-class marketing to every transaction. She enjoys volunteering with children, sits on the board for Big Brothers Big Sisters, served as the 2020 and 2021 President of the Young Professionals Committee, and is highly involved in Grace Church Reno. When she’s not working, you’ll find her outdoors with her husband, Griffin, and their daughters, Adlee and Mila.
